##By day, I’m a web developer. In my free time, I’m the person who actually enjoys digging through SEC filings, researching companies, and hunting for long-term stock ideas.
Manzari Invest was born right in the middle of those two passions.
I didn’t just want another generic stock app. I wanted a tool that reflects how I personally research, track, and think about companies over time. So instead of waiting for someone else to build it, I rolled up my sleeves and built it myself.
This is Manzari Invest — my custom-built stock research companion, and now a core part of the Manzari ecosystem.
I’ve been building websites, apps, and tools for years. But outside of development, one of the things I truly love is researching stocks: reading SEC filings, watching how companies evolve quarter after quarter, and building conviction in a few solid ideas instead of chasing every trend.
Most stock apps either feel too trader-focused with a short-term mindset and charts everywhere, or they throw so much noise at you that it’s hard to focus on what matters.
I wanted something different: clean, fast, and focused on fundamentals, centered around my watchlist and my research process, and built to grow with features I actually want, not just what looks good in marketing screenshots.
So that’s how Manzari Invest started — as an app built by a web developer who genuinely enjoys researching companies and long-term investing.
This is still just the beginning, but even in its early version, Manzari Invest already does a few key things very well.
Latest SEC Filings at Your Fingertips
SEC filings are where the real story is told.
Manzari Invest pulls in the latest SEC filings so you can quickly see what’s happening behind the scenes with the companies you follow. Instead of jumping from site to site trying to find 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and 8-Ks, you can open the app and see what’s new in one place.
If you’re the kind of person who wants to know why something changed, not just that the stock moved, this is for you.
See Which Stocks I’m Following
Inside the app, you can see the tickers I’m currently following.
This isn’t some hype list or day-trading feed. It’s simply a transparent view of the companies I’m watching or researching. I’ve spent years reading filings and studying businesses, and Manzari Invest is a way of sharing that journey in a more structured, app-based way.
You can treat it as a starting point for your own research, a way to discover companies you might not have looked at yet, and a snapshot of where my attention is in the market.
Of course, nothing in the app is financial advice. It’s about visibility, transparency, and research.
Add Stocks to Your Own Favorites
Manzari Invest isn’t just about what I’m following. It’s also about helping you keep track of your own ideas.
You can add stocks to your favorites, build your own list of tickers to watch, and use the app as a simple, focused hub for companies you want to keep an eye on.
The goal is to make it easy to come back, open the app, and instantly see the companies that matter most to you.
The current version of Manzari Invest is just the foundation. I’m already planning, and actively working on, the next wave of features to make the app much more powerful.
AI to Translate SEC Filings into Plain English
Let’s be honest: SEC filings are dense.
They’re full of legal and financial language that can be tough to digest, even if you’ve been reading them for years. One of the biggest upgrades coming to Manzari Invest is AI-powered summaries.
The vision is to turn long, complex filings into short, plain-English breakdowns, highlight what actually changed and why it matters, and help you quickly understand big moves, risks, and updates without needing a law or finance background.
You’ll still be able to dive into the full filing if you want, but the AI layer will save time and help make the data more approachable.
Another big piece of the future roadmap is integration with brokerage accounts.
The long-term idea is to let you connect your existing brokerage account, view your holdings alongside research tools and filings, and see filings and updates that matter to the stocks you actually own or track.
This would help bridge the gap between a research app and your real-life portfolio, while still keeping everything focused on transparency and long-term thinking.
As this rolls out in the future, it will be done with security, privacy, and compliance as top priorities.
And Beyond
There’s a lot more on my whiteboard: smarter watchlists, alerts based on specific filing types or key events, deeper company pages and historical context, and additional tools for long-term investors, not just traders.
This is still just the beginning of what Manzari Invest can become.
Manzari.com is my personal hub — a place where all my projects, tools, and ideas live under one roof.
Manzari Invest is a big part of that vision. It represents the intersection of my development skills and my interest in the stock market. It’s built the same way I build everything else: clean, intentional, and designed to be useful in real life. It’s not a generic template app — it’s personal and evolving, just like my own investing journey.
Over time, you’ll see Manzari Invest more deeply integrated into the Manzari ecosystem, alongside other tools, plugins, and services I’m building.
Manzari Invest started as a simple idea: what if I built the stock research app I always wished existed?
Today, it’s live, growing, and already helping track filings, favorites, and the stocks I’m watching. Tomorrow, it’s going to be smarter, more connected, and even more helpful, with AI summaries, brokerage integrations, and more investor-focused tools.
If you’re into long-term investing, love digging into company fundamentals, or just want to follow along with what I’m building, keep an eye on Manzari Invest.
This is just the start — and the future is bright.
